Key Responsibilities |
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. - Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff. - Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues - Assist IBON International staff with official personnel matters, such as SSS/Philealth/Pagibig benefits for employees in coordination with the Administrative Manager - Assist the Administrative Manager of personnel matters which include hiring processes, appointment/contract preparation upon approval of hiring by higher authorities, general orientation of new hire, personnel attendance monitor and leave benefits computation; - Provide general support to the Director for the performance of various responsibilities - Perform other tasks assigned by the Director and the Administrative Manager |

Required experience, skills and knowledge · Excellent inter-personal skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines · A high standard of spoken and written English · Computer literate and familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
