To commemorate the hundredth anniversary of Lenin's "Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism," the Institute of Political Economy (IPE) dedicated a special book with in-depth articles and essays from distinguished thinkers and authors tackling various aspects of imperialism in the current milieu.

Contributing authors included Pao-yu Ching, Demba Dembele, Fred Engst, Paul Quintos, Roland Simbulan, Jose Maria Sison, Antonio Tujan, Jr. and Pio Verzola Jr.
