[Webinar] IMF-World Bank 101: 80 years of imperialist plunder and people's resistance
The online teach-in aims to introduce or refresh people’s organisations about the basics of the IMF-World Bank — how they work, their major policies and projects in their 80-year history, and how they are instrumentalised even in the context of US-led wars. It will tackle country cases of people’s struggles and resistance against these imperialist institutions.
This is the first online discussion we’re organising in the context of the upcoming Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group in Washington, DC on 21-26 October 2024.
