Enhancing the Implementation of the IBON International Strategic Plan 2016-2020

In February 2018, IBON International underwent the initial process of reviewing its strategic plan through a survey and focus group discussions. The overall objective of the review this time was to unite on key action points to enhance our implementation of our 2016-2020 Strategic Plan.

This is not an "amendment" to our strategic plan, but rather its enrichment. We were able to achieve this through the review process conducted with the staff, and the approval of our international Board of Trustees. This document is the product of our reflections, discussions, and shared aspirations toward strengthening our work for rights-based and people-powered democracy.
