We, women and men Representatives of Social Movements and Organizations That are part of the Coalition of People's Food Sovereignty (PCFS), engaged and Committed to good to live in harmony and balance with Mother Earth, presented in Social PRECOP for 4 to November 7 2014 in Caracas, Venezuela, express our gratitude to the Venezuelan government to trust the voices of civil society as Promoters of a possible change.
Whereas, the ruthlessness of the capitalist, consumerist extractive system in place in your relationship with Mother Earth, the main cause of climate change and poverty. While it is Considered as the only way of development, ignoring the stories, world views and creative forces of other ways of life That People have held for centuries That Were Sustainable and harmonious relationship with Mother Earth.
Considering the Populations That They Were in Recent Decades Were reliable to Overcome the environmental crisis, the climate crisis, and the Meliá crisis, from models of life in balance and harmony with Mother Earth, from cooperative communication and exchange systems Community justice and fairness, showing That other paradigms and ways of life are possible.
Considering That the environmental crises requires an anthropocentric transcend human condition to a holistic and integrated vision by Recognizing and Respecting Mother Earth as a legal entity With Whom humans must Maintain a balanced and harmonious relationship.
Considering That climate change and development model, have mainly Affected traditional forms of food production, threatening the sustainability of food security and sustainability of the natural resources.
Considering That climate change is and will Affect Affecting mainly the water on our planet, Reducing Their availability and Their abilities to reproduce naturally in the rain That feeds our mountains, aquifers, wetlands, lakes, rivers and soil. The sustainability of life on the planet is at risk, Because without water there is no life.
Whereas, soil, land and territory, as components of Mother Earth Have Been commercialized, polluted and exploited by the capitalist model of development and climate change has accelerated desertification and loss of Their Natural abilities food production, threatening food security for millions of people on our planet.
In response to conditions of life in Original, in the last ten years, Indigenous peoples Have inspired the world with a different way of conceiving life in reaction to current models of development. They Have Proposed pass-oriented growth model based on the exploitation of the natural resources , to a more holistic view of the world, Where there is no notion of prosperity based on the material wealth and Consumption; but in MOST elementary sense of community Between humans and nature, based on factors in the happiness and value of the collective, justice and freedom. He or Living Well Living Well, is Proposed as a civilizational horizon as a new order of balance in the world, as real change condition to face and Overcome as environmental and Humanity to This climate crisis.

GENERATIONS OF RIGHTS AND EQUITY FUTURE GENERATIONS
1. 2. Requiring need Commitments from Developed Countries guarantee Living Well Assisted living or future generations of Developing Countries.
3. Adaptation and mitigation shouldnt be a chore for some young people de este planet, Should be a must for everyone. The adaptation and mitigation Efforts shouldnt only be supported by the youth of Developing Countries, young people in developed countries country need to take a remedial obligation on your spending habits and accumulation, and must commit to a more egalitarian condition of justice and balance.
4. It Should be Recognized and Measured endurance capabilities and indignation of youth Movements From their creative Efforts are reliable to Demonstrate "that other models of life and development are possible" and That consistency is the basis for changing the system.
5. Inspired by The Possibility of Living Well and Good Living Promote Certainty of future generations to the need for change to the system, and That this is Necessary to undertake decolonization and liberation of thoughts and feelings, to build on them and a reflective approach to coherent action.

Climate Ethics: Differentiated Responsibilities and respective capabilities
8. The Commitments and decisions of the Conference of States Parties in Lima Peru, Should be based on Socio-Environmental ethics founded on Solidarity Between Human Beings, a respectful relationship with nature and the collective Responsibility to Build Social Equity and Environmental Justice.
9. The concept of Real Living a different way of conceiving life forms in reaction to current development models, Consisting of pass-oriented models based on the exploitation of the natural resources to a more holistic worldview That growth inspired by the worldview of Indigenous peoples, in Which there is no notion of prosperity based on the material wealth and consumption.
10. Living Well is not restricted to the material welfare, defined as ownership or Consumption That is at the basis of capitalist societies, but expresses the harmonious balance Between the material and spiritual components That can only be Achieved in the specific context of a community, Which is Itself an integrated social and ecological unit.
11. Living well expresses an Ongoing process That Provides new answers to the questions raised in the era of post-development and, in turn, reinforces the identity and Promotes Cultural alternatives to the classical notions of modernity. Importantly living well is not limited to Indigenous peoples nor is unique to them. Other Approaches to eat from the concept ignored in modern society groups criticize the current Meliá That beliefs.
12. It Should Promote participatory management of different the industries of the world population, Promoting social dialogue, Ensuring the participation of women in decision-making, Promoting the value and wealth of knowledge, wisdom and practical Natural resources management and Their belief about the distribution of common goods for life.
18. It is Considered That Any action related to mitigation and adaptation to climate change Should not aim only to Reduce Poverty But Also to the reduction of gender Inequalities and income; fully Including the collective rights of Indigenous peoples.
Social participation in decision making
19. Transcending the corporate logic of decision making in the context of Official Institutions That Effective limit the participation of the majority of the Population, Which Until Now Have held the planet and Which Constitute Natural forces of sustainability of life.
20. It must begin to Recognize and Promote other forms of life, other than the current model, and make Initiatives in Original, living voices of actual solutions to climate change.
21. Only the inclusion of the majority May raise other forms of decision making, more coherent, more legitimate and more actual.
Fighting Climate Change: Direct Action for transformation
22. Any Proposal in the context of the Commitments of the state solution must Incorporate the Principles of Respect for life and human rights, Sovereignty, Solidarity, just transition and recognition of ecological limits and the rights of Mother Earth.
23. There is a constant need for people to Recognize and Develop Mechanisms to Ensure Common but Differentiated Responsibilities true, the different forms and Levels of vulnerability of countries and peoples, Indigenous and other peoples Especially historically excluded groups of people. Environmental justice is and Should REMAIN Among the topics for discussion at the Conventions in question.
24. Remind States, According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change-IPCC climate resilience to change must be at the center of climate change actions in the future, and linked to Poverty Eradication. The main conclusions of the reports on adaptation (Working Group II AR5) and mitigation (Working Group III AR5) are: resilient to climate change adaptation and mitigation combined to reduce climate change and its impacts Routes.

North-South Responsibilities: North Commitments to Enhance Efforts in the South
27. The financing mitigation and adaptation actions by developed country clubs in Developing Countries is a moral obligation, shouldnt require conditions. The funding must be reliable, predictable, adequate and Appropriate, and driven from logic transparent and ethical.
28. Compensation for-losses and damages, must be made as binding obligations © for developed country clubs shouldnt rely on the Possibility of Their Economies or situation.
29. Climate change can not disintegrate Poverty, Therefore, in the context of historical Responsibility, developed country clubs Multidimensional Should Commit to Reducing Poverty in Developing Countries, without ignoring gender Inequalities Inequalities and other peoples between.
30. Should Developed Countries commit to funding and transfer of technologies in an integrated Manner (financial provision, technology support and capacity building) in Achieving the goals of holistic, integrated and Sustainable Development.
Food Sovereignty for Living Well
A living world is a world without hunger and food of life and life
31. Food security must be Done with Sovereignty in the context of the human right to food, Strengthening Local production practices, community and family, Ensuring That All Efforts are directed Primarily production to meet the food needs of humans nutritious, safe and healthy products.
32. Food Sovereignty to Live Well, requires sharing, providing and Ensuring food for all, without commercialism and selfishness. To Do This, all states must commit to Policies and actions for the provision of food, the local production and smallholder farmers Prioritizing and Indigenous People in the context of nutrition education, culture Respecting the values of the people.
33. The Community family farming Indigenous and peasant smallholders is guaranteed protection and generation of knowledge and technology, source of wisdom lavished agro-biodiversity and life, providing employment, culture and community. This life Should be Strengthened by agriculture Ensuring access to land and land with water for life and good production, education resources for food and nutrition factors and Strengthening Economic, political, technological and Cultural empowerment, Respecting and Strengthening of traditional knowledge Against That selfish capitalism privatizes merchandises and technology, Promotes the standardization of products and production and destruction small agribusiness for export.
